Kiosk - Prevent patients from confirming a phone appointment on the kiosk

• Patients would save time by... leaving the waiting room I guess? Sorry I told our client that this improvement request doesn't really solve anything since the patient is already at the clinic but she insisted.

Current state:

• Patients can confirm their appointment on the kiosk so they end up waiting for their clinician in the waiting room
