CareWay - Add ability to ask questions to the AI regarding dosing, next steps, guidelines

As of now, CareWay is used for note generation only.
Dr Peter from Ontario (url nhc), is currently using Scribeberry, which has a tool to ask questions to the AI (see screenshots below)
