Better flow in MYLE in relation to patients creating a portal account on their own--

Client would like to have something tangible that shows list of portal accounts of patients (not linked to any MYLE patient file) that create their own through https://mylelan.portail.medfarsolutions.com/en/login

Currently, they always have to be linked manually to an actual file, They would like to see perhaps a tab with a list of all patient who created a Portal account for example with a real-time counter when a new account is created so that they get instant notification where they could swiftly link it properly
