Fax directory suggestion enhancement, to relate on geolocation "radius" of clinic or a more comprehensive suggestions

Client would like to have a Clinic Radius search when searching in fax directory when sending a fax for example , if they type coloscopie, many suggestions from Lasalle, Montreal etc shows without any of them being in the Quebec City, which is where they are located.
