Add Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) to the Medications tab

Affected users: The users working on the medications.
Task affected: The client would like to to add a checkbox titled “MedRec performed on xxx” (in french: BCM effectué le xxx) to the “Medications” tab.
Impact: In accordance with Accreditation Canada requirements, the providers must ensure that Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) (French: Bilan comparatif des médicaments BCM) are performed.
Current state: The Medications module in patient records does not currently facilitate this process. Adding a checkbox would greatly simplify the demonstration and traceability of compliance with this requirement.
