Task affected:
Retraining users on not adding specific providers to Responsible Providers when attaching documents.
Impact:
Currently, users must modify the document to remove the provider. Providers are notified even when they shouldn’t be, causing unnecessary alerts.
Current state:
If a user leaves the clinic with their patient, they still have access to MYLE to ensure they don’t miss results. If the clinic team forgets to remove them, they continue to receive notifications for documents they no longer need to review. This increases workload, takes extra time, and may cause concern about receiving results on paper instead of electronically.
Admins would like the ability to block their name from the Responsible Providers list and potentially add a personalized message, similar to a “Vacation Responder.”
