COMMUNICATIONS: Create an “assigned to” and CC section for tasks.

Users who create tasks that need to be assigned to a specific individual while keeping other group members informed.

Task affected:
Easily assigning a task to a specific user within a group without needing to add clarifying details in the task description.

Impact:
Confusion about who is responsible for completing the task when it is sent to a group.
Additional time required for the sender to specify which group member is responsible.

Current state:
Tasks are often sent to a group so that all members are informed or kept up to date. However, there is no clear way to assign responsibility to a single person.
Having an assigned user—or a To/CC structure where To identifies the responsible individual and CC includes those who need to be informed—would improve clarity.
