The clinicwould like all users to be automatically notified whenever the name of a dynamic PDF form is changed during an update.

When form names are modified, it becomes significantly harder to locate the forms, even with targeted searches, resulting in wasted time, frustration, and avoidable service calls.

These notifications should be sent as automatic messages in the Messages section of the Communications tab.
