Documents - Ability to collapse the details section.

Affected users: Users reviewing documents
Task affected: The client would like, when viewing a document, to be able to expand/collapse the right-hand details section by clicking on a "3 blue lines" like when reviewing results.
Impact: Enhance the view and save time.
Current state: The client has to scroll right and left to see all the document.
