Task affected: Monitoring system health and service status. Currently, users must proactively interrupt their workflow to check if an issue exists when they encounter performance degradation or errors.
Impact: Without proactive notifications, users continue to attempt tasks during outages or incidents, leading to frustration, potential data entry errors, and a significant volume of support inquiries. Real-time alerts would allow users to pivot to contingency plans immediately.
Current state: Users must manually navigate to and click on the "Status Page" option to verify if an incident is ongoing.
