Affected users: Clinicians (Doctors) and administrative staff with clinical accounts who frequently share uploaded documents with patients.
Task affected: The workflow occurs within the MYLE Medical Summary. Currently, users must navigate away from the summary to the "Documents" section to share a specific file, adding extra clicks to a routine task.
Impact: Low to Moderate. While not a critical blocker, the current process causes a slight but repetitive slowdown (micro-inefficiency). Given that this action is performed multiple times daily, streamlining it would significantly improve the clinical user experience.
Current state: Users must leave the Medical Summary view, access the Patient Portal document management area, locate the file again, and then initiate the sharing process.

They are often sharing docuemnts or handouts from the web that they do not necessarily want to be attached or scanned in the file (eg Formula information to a parent).
They would like to have the option to have a clip icon on the portal icon to share a PDF from their desktop quickly without it being scanned in the file
