kiosk - enhancements to the new version - change location of the 'Modify' buttons

With the new version of the kiosk where patients are able to modify their own information, Catherine points out that the 'modify' buttons are too far from the section title and patients have a tendency of clicking on the wrong one, ex. clicking on the button to modify the email, when they wanted to modify the address instead.
