Task affected: Service creation and maintenance within the Administration module. Currently, users must navigate to the service configuration section and duplicate entries for every specific site.
Impact: High manual overhead during the initial setup or when expanding clinic operations. Creating identical services for multiple sites (e.g., 5 times for 5 sites) is redundant, increases the risk of configuration discrepancies, and clutters the service database.
Current state: No workaround exists. Administrators must manually create a separate service entry for each site, even if the service parameters (duration, billing codes, etc.) remain identical.
