Many clients during or after onboarding cannot see the option to ignore failed faxes, because the Action column is at the far right and the 'Ignore' option is cut off. The onboarding team (and likely the support team also) must often explain to the client how to 1) re-order the columns to ensure that the Ignore button remains visible or 2) change the column width.
Suggestions :
1 - Ensure the column for Action is wide enough by default (yay for MYLE having a memory for column width now!)
2 - Place the Action column somewhere more left by default
