CNESST - ability to approve the note without having to submit the form or delete it

Affected users: Intervenors using CNESST forms
Task affected: The client is unable to approve her note when it contains a CNESST form. By law, she is required to complete a CNESST form, and the patient (worker) has the right to refuse it.
Impact: The client would like a way to save and approve the note without having to send or delete the CNESST form.
Current state: MYLE prevents approval of the note if it contains the Medical Attestation (09926), Medical Report (09927 or 09928), Medical Assessment Report (09944), or Final Report (09930) forms. She must either send the form or remove it from the note. She must scan the form, add it to the patient's file, and then delete it from the note in order to approve it.
