Results tab - Patient demographics header to match the one present in the chart

Please add more details:

• Affected users: All MYLE users (MOA, Administrative staff, and Clinicians) who process or review incoming results.

• Task affected: Occurs during the review of results (specifically Death notifications in this case). When a user clicks on a result in the list, the patient banner at the top does not display the "Lists" associated with the patient, unlike the banner in the main patient chart.

• Impact: Risk of administrative errors (e.g., calling a deceased patient) and loss of productivity. Users currently have to perform extra clicks to open the full chart just to verify the patient's status or assigned lists, which is inefficient when processing large volumes of notifications.

• Current state: Users must manually click on the patient's name to open the full chart in a new view to see if they are on any specific lists (e.g., "Deceased" or "Do Not Call").
