Expand Vital Signs preview to include positional blood pressure readings (Sitting, Standing, Lying down) (customize display, which values are shown)

Affected users: Primarily nurses and clinical staff who perform orthostatic vitals or comprehensive cardiovascular assessments.

Task affected: Reviewing patient history in the MYLE EMR. Specifically, the summary list of vital signs on the left-hand side of the vital signs section of the patient file

Impact: High daily frequency. Currently, the preview only displays the "Sitting" blood pressure. This leads to significant productivity loss as users must manually click and open each individual entry to compare values, increasing the risk of missing clinical trends.

Current state: Users are forced to click into every single vital sign record to view positional data that isn't "Sitting," as the summary list lacks the granularity required for quick clinical decision-making.
