Add Outbound Fax Number Column in Portfolio for Multi-Site Tracking

Affected users: All clinic staff, including administrative personnel, MOAs, and physicians working in a multi-site environment.

Task affected: Tracking and auditing sent faxes within the Portfolio module to identify which physical site or clinic outbound line transmitted the document.

Impact: Significant productivity loss and operational inefficiency. Since users frequently send faxes across multiple active sites, the lack of visibility on the specific outbound fax number makes it impossible to quickly verify the origin of a transmission, complicating administrative follow-ups.

Current state: There is no direct way to view this information in the Portfolio interface. The only workaround available to users is to manually generate a fax cover sheet (bordereau de télécopie) for each item to find the source number.
