Possibility to hide permanently the AI assistant button for a user when CW is not linked

Affected user(s):

• User who does not use CareWay

Task affected:

• AI assistant button in the note

Impact:

• To avoid removing the AI button every time the user logs in to MYLE and opens a note.

Current state:

• The user have to click on the AI assistant button and click on "Remind me later" every time he opens a new MYLE session
