• Task affected: Reviewing the patient chart within the MYLE EMR. The excessive vertical space taken by long patient lists pushes critical information further down the demographic summary section.

• Impact: High impact on usability and visual comfort. Users are forced to significantly zoom out their screens or scroll extensively to view the clinical information located beneath the lists, slowing down chart navigation.

• Current state: Users currently have to zoom out their web browser display or manually scroll down continuously to bypass the list section and access the rest of the patient file.
