Display private billing and payment status directly within the medical note billing section

Affected users: Healthcare professionals reviewing or completing medical notes, as well as administrative staff managing patient billing.

Task affected: Reviewing private billing status within the "Billing" section of a MYLE medical note. Currently, users cannot view payment updates without leaving the clinical chart.

Impact: Medium. Users waste time and lose clinical focus by constantly switching platforms. This addition will accelerate the clinical workflow and reduce navigation overhead.

Current state: No direct workaround exists within the note. Users are forced to manually open ClinicAid in a separate window or tab, search for the patient, and verify what has been billed and paid.
