Affected users: Nurse Practitioners (IPS) working in government institutions.
Task affected: Documenting clinical notes and tracking statistics. A new section titled "Référencement: continuité des soins" needs to be added at the end of the clinical note template. This section will allow users to input numerical values for various referral types (as shown in the provided layout). These fields must be configured as structured data points to be fully extractable within the Analytics tab.
Impact: Missing critical administrative and clinical data. Without these metrics, institutions cannot monitor, report, or analyze continuity of care and referral statistics driven by IPS staff within MYLE.
Current state: No workaround available. This clinical information cannot be captured or tracked.
