Affected users: All clinic users (healthcare professionals, MOAs, and administrators) who frequently need to export or archive patient results.
Task affected: Results tab. Specifically, the workflow where users need to download multiple incoming or reviewed result PDFs from the system.
Impact: High daily productivity loss for users who need to export results. Since users must open and download each PDF individually, processing a large volume of results is extremely time-consuming and tedious. This repetitive clicking slows down administrative workflows and delays document sharing or archiving.
Current state: There is currently no option to select multiple files. Users are forced to manually open each individual result and click the download button one file at a time. No other system workaround exists.
