CRDS - Do not include actions not required in the "CRDS - Action required" section.

Affected users: Users using CRDS.

Task affected: Following a meeting of the GMF leaders from the Montérégie region (East, Central, and West), the client suggests that the "CRDS - Action Required" section of the PORTFOLIO tab under "CRDS and Conseil Numérique" include only the actions to be taken and not notifications when a request is closed because the patient has been seen by a specialist elsewhere.
They proposed adding a separate "CRDS Traceability" section that would contain notifications about what happened with their requests, for example, why a request was closed, etc.

Impact: Too many notifications to check and archive, which do not contain any action to be taken by the doctors.

Current state: The intervenors need to check all the CRDS notifications received that include those for closed requests.
