Documents - Change to the name of the "Responsible Providers" field

Affected users: All MYLE users
Task affected: indexing documents.
Impact: The client would like to have another name for the "Responsible Providers" field that would be inclusive of all the users and not only the health professionals. In their process, the Responsible Provider might be an administrative agent.
Current state: The name "Responsible Providers" suggests that the name to put should be that of a health professional.
