Update and standardize the "Reason for Entry" dropdown options within the Medical Summary section

Affected users: Clinicians and physicians responsible for documenting patient diagnostic summaries and admission reasons.

Task affected: When updating or documenting the patient's intake profile in the "Diagnostic" or "Reason for Entry" section of the Medical Summary.

Impact: High. The existing default categories do not match the clinical profiles and specific realities of the followed patients. This leads to inaccurate statistical grouping and prevents clinical teams from extracting precise institutional or epidemiological reports.

Current state: Clinicians are forced to select inadequate default options and manually clarify the true reasons inside free-text notes.

Requested categories to include in the dropdown menu:

• Clarification diagnostique

• Difficultés affectives
