Impact: Occurs daily. Doctors must manually review and sort through every single result to identify which belong to their specific roster versus their colleagues'. This causes significant productivity loss, wastes valuable clinical time, and substantially increases the risk of medical errors or missed follow-ups.
Current state: The system only supports transferring orphaned labs from one user license (# de permis) to another user in bulk. As a workaround, the receiving physician must open each lab result individually to check the patient's assigned practice and manually reassign or forward the result to the correct colleague.

In its current form, all results sent to Dr. Hammoud are forwarded to Dr. Khoury and Dr. Vignone. However, we would like the option to transfer results according to each patient's delegation rules instead. In the example below, the result should be transferred only to Dr. Vignone.
