Search bar in the List tab to quickly filter custom lists by name

Affected users: Clinic Administrators, Operations Managers, and MOAs who interact with and manage custom lists within MYLE.

Task affected: Navigating to the "List" tab to find, edit, or select a specific list.

Impact: Occurs multiple times daily. Without a filter, clinic staffs face significant friction and time loss manually scrolling through a long, unorganized inventory of lists.

Current state: Users currently have to scroll through the entire list manually to visually locate the specific one they need.
