When I look at patient weight trend, the vertical (Y Axis) scale is automatic and depends on how much variation an individual patient has had.I would like it to be more standardized, and also possible to adjust - e.g. a vertical axis ranging from 100-300lbs for a standard adult and individually adjustable 0-600lbs as a setting toggle for special cases.
As an example of the problem, here is a photo of a patient whose weight has always been between 199 and 203 lbs. The automatic graph gives a total of 4lbs variation on the Y axis, so the "sudden increase" trend seen at the right of the graph is absurd. This graph should look like mostly a straight line as this weight clinically has been stable for 3 years. Being able to modify the Y axis range to clinically relevant values would make this feature more clinically useful.
