[Users] Titles - Expand the nurse specialty nomenclature to match the requirements of OIIQ and CMQ

Affected users: all nurses using MYLE
Task affected: Any nursing task; to properly be represented, the users would need to have the possibility to configure all titles and signature additions as requested by the OIIQ.

The client received a request from clinical departments that the NP specialties endorsed by the OIIQ and CMQ be available for assignment in user profiles and visible upon signature.

Here are the current specialty classes:

These specialties should be available in the ADMINISTRATION/Users/Practice/Practice_Information section in the drop-down list "Specialty".

Impact: this does not modify a workflow but rather expands a feature.
Current state: The user currently uses the available titles in MYLE.
