Prevent Automatic Document Closure After Faxing to Allow Additional Actions

Affected users: Clinicians and administrative staff (general users sending faxes within MYLE).

Task affected: MYLE Documents section and the Rx module when faxing a document and intending to perform follow-up actions (such as sending a portal message to the patient).

Impact: Prevents workflow disruption and saves time by eliminating unnecessary patient lookups and document navigation steps after sending a fax.

Current state: Upon faxing a document, the item immediately closes or disappears from view, forcing users to manually search for the patient and reopen their file if they need to complete another action before approving or finalizing the document.
