Prevent Automatic Approval and Maintain Context When Relinking Documents to a New Patient

Affected users: Clinicians and administrative staff.

Task affected: MYLE Documents section when linking a document to a patient file.

Impact: Prevents unintended document approvals, reduces navigation steps, and saves time by keeping the user in the context of the Documents section to complete pending actions without needing to re-search the patient.

Current state: When a document is relinked to a new patient, MYLE automatically approves it. Users then have to manually search for the patient again to perform necessary follow-up actions.
