Impact: High recurring administrative burden and increased risk of billing oversights. Because private clinics offering monthly plans must process these payments regularly, manually recreating invoices for every single patient each month consumes significant time and leaves room for human error or missed charges.

Current state: Clinic staff must manually generate each private invoice one by one at the start or end of every month. There is currently no native automation or recurring billing schedule feature within MYLE's billing module to handle subscription models automatically.
