Enable rich text formatting (fonts, colors, and bold text) in clinical notes for improved readability

Affected users: Nutritionists and healthcare professionals who document detailed follow-ups (e.g., diet, goals, lifestyle habits, blood glucose results, blood pressure).

Task affected: Documenting clinical notes within the "Autres notes et interventions" section in MYLE.

Impact: Daily impact. The lack of formatting options leads to visual fatigue, increased risk of reading errors, and wasted time when scanning through unstructured text.

Current state: Currently, there is no formatting workaround available other than leaving large blank spaces between sections to separate information.
