Specifically, when opening a clinical note associated with a scheduled appointment, the note's "Context" field should dynamically and automatically inherit the value from the appointment's "Modality" field (e.g., matching a "Phone" modality to an "Over the phone" context).
Impact: Frequent daily friction and risk of data inconsistency. Because this impacts every single note tied to a scheduled appointment, clinicians are forced to manually cross-reference the appointment's modality and adjust the clinical note's context every time, creating unnecessary repetitive clicks and potential reporting inaccuracies.
Current state: No automatic mapping exists between the calendar modality and the clinical note context. Clinicians must manually verify the appointment details and explicitly select the matching context within the clinical note interface for every consultation.
