Impact: Occurs daily due to the high volume of results processed by physicians. Without the ability to customize default action names for future use, physicians are constrained to existing preset labels that may not reflect their clinic's specific workflows, leading to less precise instructions and reliance on manual note-taking.
Current state: Physicians must use the existing non-customizable action types as-is and manually supplement them with additional notes to clarify their intent for the team.
