Task affected: Results module — RESULTS tab list view and filtering interface. Specifically, adding a dedicated "Family Doctor" column in the main results list and a corresponding filter in the parameters menu.
Impact: Significant productivity loss and administrative friction. Because the family doctor's name is not visible in the main list, staff must handle results sequentially without being able to batch or filter them by assigned primary care physician, creating a major bottleneck during daily result triaging.
Current state: Users are forced to open each result individually one by one to verify who the patient's family doctor is before reassigning or routing the file, leading to slow, repetitive manual lookups.
