Automatically assign the patient's current establishment during document classification

Affected users: Administrative staff.

Task affected: Classifying incoming documents in MYLE EMR for patients who have been transferred to a different clinic.

Impact: Creates confusion and slows down the administrative workflow. Staff must manually investigate why the patient is no longer at the clinic and figure out where the document actually belongs.

Current state: There is currently no workaround. When entering the patient's name during classification, the system defaults to the previous physician and the old clinic's establishment. Even if the patient's chart shows they are now registered at a new establishment, the classification tool forces the document into the old establishment without giving staff the option to correct it.
