– Affected user(s): Doctors and practitionenrs who do renewal

– Task affected: Making a renewal from the Rx Renewal tab, the doctors would like to consult as well the patient's documents

– Impact : The doctors think it would be beneficial to have the documents tab of the patient file available as well in this tab to consult while making the renewal It saves clicks and the doctors would not need to open the patient chart to have the full information

– Current state: The doctors would have to open the patient chart, go to the documents tab, and come back to the renewal tab after
