Immunization - Show Agent Name in the Summary instead of Brand Name + Adapt Administration Mode

– Affected user(s): Nurses or any clinician who documents immunizations

– Task affected: Entering immunzation in the patient chart.
a. Immunization in summary should show agent instead of brand as brands can change but agent will always stay the same.
b. She is also suggesting that MMR and Varicella vaccines should autopopulate Subcutaneous administration mode, and all others should autopupulate Intramuscular administration mode

– Impact : The immunization agent is always the same whereas the brand can change. For b., it would save time of not having to change the administration mode

– Current state: The nurse has to change the administration mode manually for vaccines
