COMMUNICATION - Recall - Indent & formatting in the Note section

– Affected user(s): MOAs and clinicians

– Task affected: Creating a recall, inputing a note in the Note section that is long and has paragraphs.

– Impact : They use recalls as their main form of communication at the clinic, since the date can be pushed back easily .

When the recall is originally created, the spaces and indenting in the Notes section does not reflect in the Recall. However, for additional notes left in the recall, the indenting is saved. The users would like the spacing to be saved in the original Notes (see screenshots)

The text would be more neat and visually clear if it's long and has paragraphs (ex. instructions from a doctor regarding different elements to give to a patient). It would be ideal according to the clinic if the paragraph and indentation can be conserved such as in the Communications History of the recall

– Current state: The text is all together in the Notes of the recall (when created).
