Feature Request: Patient Portal Updates

Description:

• Restrict Message Initiation: Change the default setting to block patients from initiating messages, with a toggle to allow specific patients (reverse of current functionality).

• Enable Patient Uploads: Allow patients to submit photos and forms through the portal.

• Direct Immunization Sharing: Add the ability to send the immunization record directly to the portal.

• Current Workaround (Immunizations): Staff must physically print the list, scan it back into the patient chart, and share it via the Document tab.
