When searching for a recipient this searches QC & ON first, then displaying the BC physician at the bottom of the list

2. Once the BC physician is selected, have the fax number for that recipient defaulted to to the "consult request fax" window. Currently, there are no defaults, and the user has to search for the contact again.

1) This is on our list of "Need to do" items and is part of the roadmap for Fax Improvements.
2) FYI: the James Bovard entry you chose for the screenshot didn't have any fax number attached to that Ontario entry. But yes, even if the user chose the correct fax entry for the Consultation Request, it still wouldn't default it when the user clicks "fax" and goes to the outgoing fax screen (which causes them to search for the same physician contact again (to fill in the fax number).
