Coomunications Tasks : To filter tasks by patients with or without portal

Affected Users:
All users who use the COMMUNICATIONS tab.

Task Affected:
Filtering tasks by patients having portals or not to quickly address the tasks related to portals.

Impact:
Users must perform multiple clicks and spend extra time to target tasks related to patients with portals. This adds unnecessary friction to their workflow.

Current State:
There is currently no way to order tasks by patient with portals.
