PORTFOLIO: Add Print list capability to all sub-sections within the PORTFOLIO tab

Affected users: Healthcare Professionals (physicians, nurses), Medical Office Assistants (MOAs), and administrative personnel who manage pending tasks and items in PORTFOLIO.

Task affected: PORTFOLIO module, all sub-sections (To Approve/Supervision, Follow-Ups, Preventive Activities, Faxes, Portal, CRDS/Conseil Numérique, Forms). Specifically, viewing and printing summary lists of pending items across these categories.

Impact: Significant operational inefficiency and time loss. Staff regularly need physical or exported printouts of pending tasks for tracking and review. Without a print action, users waste substantial time manually copying and formatting data into external applications.

Current state: Because the printer icon is only available in the "To Approve - My Notes" section, users are forced to manually copy-paste entries into external software (such as Excel or Google Sheets) whenever they need to print pending list items from other PORTFOLIO sections.

Competition consideration: N/A
