Portfolio to also display Private Billing instead of just "Invoice" which is MSP Billing

Physicians want to ensure the pt visit for the day was billed. However, if the patient paid via private billing there is no easy way to check this.

The Physician would have to manually go into the patient note via Portfolio > open the Note > scroll down to check "Invoice" vs Payment Request.
