Current state: Prescribers must manually enter detailed instructions into free-text prescription notes/comments or rely on pharmacy call-backs to clarify complex dosing instructions (e.g., split morning/evening doses or timed intervals).

Competition consideration: Similar functionality is available in PSS (offering "AND", "THEN", and timed offset options like "... minutes after").
