Task affected: REPORTING module — PORTRAIT DES RENDEZ-VOUS ANNULÉS dashboard. Specifically, tracking cancelled appointment slots and evaluating schedule recovery efficiency.
Impact: Financial loss and reduced clinic capacity optimization. Management currently lacks visibility into whether cancelled slots remain unbooked (lost revenue) or are successfully rebooked, making it difficult to measure schedule recovery performance.
Current state: Users must manually cross-reference the cancelled appointments report with each healthcare provider's daily schedule/agenda to determine if a freed-up time slot was eventually filled.
