Affected users: Administrative staff.
Task affected: Configuring assignment rules (règles d'affectation) for Hub services that are intended exclusively for registered patients or the clinic's MYLE environment.
Impact: High frequency. Services meant for a closed network become publicly available on the internet. Patients without a family doctor can freely book these restricted slots, which generates incorrect bookings and adds unnecessary administrative overhead to correct them.
Current state: There is no direct configuration within MYLE to prevent this behavior. To bypass the issue, the team must log into the external PetalMD portal to manually apply restrictions to the service. This workaround is tedious and highly impractical for daily operations.
