Daily. Currently, certain clinical note contexts allow interns to approve their notes without direct supervisor intervention.
Current state:
The system currently enforces supervisor approval only for specific direct encounter contexts (Clinical visit, Home visit, Videoconference, Prescription, Summary update). For all other contexts, notes can be approved directly by trainees without prior supervisor sign-off, requiring supervisors to perform manual retrospective checks.
